Kerry-Anne Jenkins BSc CAHRI brings more than 25 years’ experience of Human Resources. A qualified human resource professional with a psychology degree and a business background.
Kerry-Anne has experience working across a number of sectors both as an HR consultant and as an in-house HR Professional including, agriculture, production, construction, manufacturing, professional services, IT, hospitality and retail within for profit and not for profit organisations both large and small.
Kerry-Anne has a depth of experience, working as part of a senior leadership team, developing and delivering on HR strategy and operations both in house and as an external contractor and with experience leading an HR team.
Strengths are working in partnership with businesses that are experiencing growth, going through change and supporting them both strategically and operationally with all of their people and culture needs. With in depth experience in employee relations, organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, leadership and management development, workplace culture and providing advice and support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
