With a background that spans psychology, HR leadership, culture, executive advisory, organisational development, leadership development, change and strategic consulting across multi-stakeholder, multi‑site environments. As a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Kerry-Anne integrates structured, evidence‑based change discipline into my work with leaders and organisations.

Across both in‑house and consultancy roles, Kerry-Anne has built People & Culture functions, led teams and supported organisations through growth, evolving organisational contexts and cultural change.
